KWS Scandinavia
The collaboration with KWS Scandinavia started in 2020, when Country Manager Elo West Larsen approached the advertising agency because he needed an ally in optimizing the KWS Webshop.
KWS Scandinavia had undergone a digitization process and modernized the sale of sugar beet seeds through an online webshop. However, the webshop did not quite live up to KWS' expectations for their new online platform, and with 200 km. between KWS and the Copenhagen agency that started building the webshop, misunderstandings could quickly occur.
Therefore, Provi Reklamebureau entered into a collaboration with KWS, where our marketing consultant would handle the communication between KWS Scandinavia and the former agency. Unfortunately, the collaboration with the Copenhagen-based agency did not last long, which is why KWS Scandinavia chose to have their webshop and their websites KWS Webshop and KWS Beetclub hosted by Provi Reklamebureau.
We then took over primary responsibility for all maintenance and design adjustments on the two platforms. However, this has only been as successful as it has been because KWS Scandinavia trusted our abilities and gave us free rein in terms of the sequence of tasks.
Since then, the KWS Group has rolled out a common brand and platform, which KWS Scandinavia today is also part of. We helped with advice and support during the transition process to ensure the best possible experience for both customers and employees in the new KWS universe.
We have continued a close and confidential collaboration with KWS Scandinavia, which we highly value.


… Long term but never without focus…
At KWS Scandinavia we are pleased to have entered into a collaboration with Provi's Advertising Agency. It has been long term, but never without focus, and we always feel in safe hands. It's cool to have an agency that picks up the phone when you call them.
Provi Reklamebureau hosted and developed both KWS Webshop and KWS Beetclub. In addition, we still handle several of the company's marketing activities and printed matter.
KWS Webshop is a webshop that ensures KWS online beet seed sales. The webshop was previously coded in Drupal CMS, and complied with all guidelines from KWS’ Cooperate design manual - since then the platform has been incorporated into the group's international Salesforce platform.
We created new features, improved usability and ensured high security on behalf of KWS. One of our last projects was to integrate a loyalty program that allowed for special discounts and benefits for individual customers. This system was also transferred to the new universe.
KWS Beetclub is an online customer club for beet growers in Denmark. Here they can order and save test results, scan their seed packages and distribute them across their fields, sign up for events, read news from KWS and much more. KWS Beetclub is an independent forum and an independent domain, as it is not a requirement to be a merchant on the webshop. It is therefore possible to join KWS Beetclub without having a profile on KWS Webshop. Many of the features that were developed for KWS Beetclub have since been developed on their new platform.
We have handled many other marketing activities such as Orange Evening, printed matter and videos for cooporate branding, which we are very proud of.
This was only meant for use in Denmark, but it has since become relevant for three other countries in the EU.
