Henrik Ejby ApS is a real estate company based on traditions. Henrik is the third-generation owner and general manager of the company. The company was originally established by his grandfather and in 1967 his father, Per E. Hansen, joined the company. Today, Henrik has the main role in the company, contributing his own experiences and with his family in the background. Henrik offers invaluable local knowledge, which is one of the company's many characteristics.

Henrik Ejby real estate agency specializes in selling homes and the company has a completely unique fondness for the local area: South Zealand and Falster, as well as luxury homes throughout Denmark.

If the property is the right one, it does not matter where it is located. Luxury homes are not only characterized as those with a high listing price, but also by having a particularly good location, fantastic architecture, a unique history, or generally just an entirely unique character.

Scope of the Assignment

When Henrik Ejby came to us for the first time, he had many dreams. Dreams of taking his business to a whole new level. We were allowed to join this journey, which has now developed into a very close and active collaboration since 2015.

This is now the 4th website we have developed for Henrik Ejby. This time we started the process with an idea generation and quickly created a new visual universe for the company in the form of a new logo, new website, signature and marketing materials for the other platforms that Henrik Ejby uses in his business.

We also drew up a clear strategy for his digital presence, defined the target group based on demographic and geographical segments, and have since executed all marketing initiatives for the company.

As an important part of our collaboration, we are now the permanent marketing department for everything that is prepared for Henrik Ejby. We manage and develop content for the website, optimize it continuously, and simultaneously take care of all social media, online advertising, Google, and print ads.

We ensure that Henrik Ejby's digital visibility is maintained and that his communication with customers, followers, and users of his online media takes place with credibility and in accordance with personal data legislation.
